Service Description

Packages deliver better results and are more cost effective however if you prefer to book individual sessions or you have no particular health concerns but would like to optimise your diet then you can book a one-off consultation. Whats included: Pre-appointment: dietary analysis, review of detailed health history and identification of possible root causes and triggers, research into latest evidence-backed dietary/lifestyle/supplement recommendations for main health concerns and to tackle root causes. - 1 x 90 minute initial consultation - Communication with your GP if needed (for basic lab tests) - recommendation of further lab testing if required - ordering functional lab tests if required (cost not included) - personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations
